Ours are freshly made, homemade by the skilled hands of our Roberto and follow the classic American brioche bun recipe with flour, milk, eggs and butter.
Fluffy and light, with just the right firmness to hold the filling without crumbling, delicate, slightly sweet and with that extra hint of flavor given by pistachio grains, or hazelnuts or poppy seeds…or whatever Roberto’s imagination suggests to him daily
SCOTTONA BURGER:
200-gram rump steak burger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and homemade mayo – All strictly HOME MADE – spinach.
PULLED PORK:
Filleted pork cooked at low temperature for 6.5h, homemade coleslaw and mayo – All strictly HOME MADE – spinach.
BOY GEORGE:
Chicken overbread crunchy 128 – Rosemary mayo, Puffed potatoes – All strictly HOME MADE – spinach.
